How to wear it.

Four steps. A few seconds to put on once you know it, and the routine disappears into your day.

STEP 01
Find your flare, seat the pads

Run your fingers along the bottom edge of your ribcage and find where it juts out furthest.

Position the angled silicone pads over that point, one on each side.

The pads are curved to push in and slightly up. That angle is the whole design, so let them sit flush.

STEP 02
Strap it, then dial the pressure

Close the Velcro straps so the brace sits snug around your lower ribs, not your waist.

Use the included screwdriver to tighten the pads to firm, even pressure.

Firm and comfortable, never sharp. You're aiming for pressure you can forget about for hours.

Live in it, and train in it

Build up over the first week, then wear it 18–23 hours a day. It is comfortable enough to sleep in.

Wear it to the gym under your clothes, or over them like a lifting belt. Patients who trained in it saw better results.

How long before I see a change? +

Posture and breathing shift first - most people feel that inside the first few weeks. Visible chest change is slower. In the case log above, Milo saw his first real change at 2 months, Ian at 6, Liam at 9. The programs run 16 weeks because that is roughly how long it takes for the training to show up in the mirror.

Am I too old for this to work? +

Almost certainly not. The clients documented on this page were 22 to 32 when they started. Cartilage does stiffen with age, so progress is slower the older you are - but slower is not the same as stopped. What changes is the timeline, not whether it is worth doing.

Do I need a gym, or can I do this at home? +

Either works. Every program ships with a gym track and a no-equipment track for the same 16 weeks, so you pick the one that matches what you actually have access to. You can switch between them mid-program without losing your place.

Pectus excavatum, carinatum, rib flare - is it the same plan? +
